This website at profitsthroughpurpose.com is operated by CCD Agency, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). Chris Deloach is the owner and the person behind the Profits Through Purpose brand and community.
By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site. That's the whole deal.

This site and the Profits Through Purpose community are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use them. If you're under 18, please don't.
03What this site is — and isn't
Profits Through Purpose is an educational and community brand. The site describes a men's community, shares Chris's story, and points you toward the community and toward services you can choose to pursue separately.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. It is general education and personal opinion. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind between you and us. Before you act on anything you read here, talk to a licensed professional who knows your actual situation.

04The community lives on Skool
The Profits Through Purpose community is hosted on Skool, a third-party platform we don't own or control. When you join, you're also agreeing to Skool's own terms and privacy policy, and your data there is handled by Skool under their rules, not ours.
Membership is free right now. We may introduce paid membership in the future. If we do, we'll tell members clearly before anything changes, and nobody gets charged without agreeing to it first.
We can remove anyone from the community, at any time, for conduct that harms the room — harassment, spam, scams, pitching members, hateful behavior, or sharing the community's paid material outside of it. This is a group of men trying to build something. We'll protect that.
05Our content stays ours
Everything on this site and inside the community — text, video, courses, worksheets, frameworks, the Profits Through Purpose name, and the logo — belongs to us or to whoever licensed it to us. It's protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may read it, use it in your own business, and share a link to it. You may not copy it, resell it, repost it as your own, feed it into a product you sell, or distribute course material to people who aren't members.
06What you post
If you post something in the community or send it to us — a question, a comment, a win, a piece of feedback — you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to display it inside the community, and to quote it (with your first name or anonymously) in our materials unless you tell us not to.
Don't post anything you don't have the right to post, and don't post anything false, unlawful, or designed to harm another member.
07Links to other places
This site links out to third parties — Skool, Trustpilot, social platforms, and tools we mention. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, their accuracy, or what they do with your information. Visiting them is on you.
Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you buy something. It never changes your price, and we don't recommend tools we wouldn't use ourselves.
08No warranties
This site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we don't promise any particular result from anything you learn here.
09Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CCD Agency, LLC, Chris Deloach, and anyone working with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of this site or the community — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
10You cover us
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCD Agency, LLC, Chris Deloach, and our officers, members, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your conduct in the community, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
11Georgia law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
12Changes
We may update these Terms as the business grows. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
