Twenty years of doing it, not talking about it.

The short version

I came from nothing, chased money for the wrong reasons for a long stretch, and finally got tired enough of the man in the mirror to change the whole game. The businesses came after that change, not before it.

I have spent about 20 years in sales and business. I am not a guru who read a book about it.

The work

• Sales into management in the concrete cutting trade, early on.
• Roofing and contracting, where I helped scale a company to roughly $1 million in annual revenue in 14 months and worked more than 1,000 insurance claims.
• Fleet parts, directing a 57-person team.
• Insurance, first as a top producer, then building my own multi-million dollar agency with more than 4,000 clients and a team of ten.
• Profits Through Purpose, since 2023, partnering with more than 50 businesses and coaching owners directly.

Why I built this room

The same wall kept showing up. Good men. Real businesses. A real calling. Stuck.

Sometimes what was missing was capital. More often it was direction. Nobody had ever asked them what they were building toward. And almost always it was a room: other men who had been through the same fire, telling them the truth.

That is what this is. Not a course you buy and abandon. A room you walk into.

What I believe

• Money was never the destination. Freedom is. The business is the vehicle.
• Purpose comes first. Everything built without it is wasted motion.
• Faith shapes how I run this, and I will not pretend otherwise. The door is still open to any man who respects the work.
• I would rather have thirty of the right men than three thousand of the wrong ones.
