The goal of a sales call is not the sale. It is clarity.
If someone books time with you, they have a problem. If everything were fine, they would not be there. Your job is to find out what the problem really is, what it is costing them, and whether you are the right person to fix it. Do that well and the close is the easy part.
Most owners do the opposite. They talk too much, hand over the whole plan for free, and then wonder why the prospect needs three days to think about it.
What we work on
- Listening twice as much as you talk. People hide the real issue behind a wall. Go quiet and it comes out.
- Pressure-testing the problem early. If they cannot answer your first three questions clearly, there is nothing to solve yet.
- The one question that matters: what happens if you do not fix this? If the answer is nothing, nothing is what they will do.
- Not giving away the whole cow. If the fix sounds easy, they will not see the value. Let it be their idea.
- Handling "I need to think about it" and "I need to talk to my spouse" without pressure and without chasing.
- Knowing when to walk away. Not every lead is a good lead. Protect your time.
- Reviewing your own calls. After every call, ask where you cut a corner. That habit alone will raise your close rate.
What it looks like inside the group
- A sales course in the classroom that walks through the conversation from first hello to decision.
- Live role-play on the calls. It is uncomfortable, and that is why it works.
- Call breakdowns. Bring a real conversation that went sideways and we will find the moment it turned.

Questions owners ask first
I am not a natural salesperson. Will this work for me?
Yes. This approach is built on listening and asking better questions, not on charisma or pressure. Most owners find it easier than what they were doing.
Do you teach scripts?
You get structure, not lines to read. People can tell when they are being read to. You learn the order of the conversation and put it in your own words.
What kind of businesses is this for?
Owners and solo operators who sell a service or a higher-priced offer through conversations: coaches, consultants, contractors, agencies, and the like.
Sell without sounding like a salesman.
The sales course, the live role-play, and the call breakdowns all live inside the group.
